An Invitation from Pastor Jim
Kathy and I invite you to consider joining us on a most unique travel experience. We will be hosting a group to go with us to see the Oberammergau Passion Play in 2010. We will be taking part in the Alpine wonders 2010 Trip offered by Educational Opportunities. We are planning to fly out of Indianapolis on August 4, 2010 for this eight day trip. I have been a tour host with Educational Opportunities to the Holy Land and to England and Scotland. The experiences were excellent!
You can register with a deposit of $100. Registering early has several benefits.
There is a savings incentive; the earlier you register the more you save. Early registrations are guaranteed a seat on the plane. Bishop Coyner is also hosting this trip as an Indiana Area Travel Opportunity. So it is expected that the 300 reserved seats will be sold out in the next few months.
Educational Opportunities is bidding to purchase 14,000 tickets for those traveling with them. Other travel groups will also be bidding for large blocks of tickets. A guaranteed seat becomes more difficult to obtain as the months pass.
By registering early you have a seat for the departure date and the play and you have until June 1 2008, to obtain a full refund should you decide not to go once the cost of the trip and play are available. Prices for the trip will be finalized in the near future. At that time all of us will have the opportunity to decide if we still want to go. If not, any payments we have made to EO carry the guarantee of a full refund!
There is also the possibility of a number of extensions offered in relation to this trip. You can find a description of these in the brochures at the Ministry Center. You may want to consider one of these. You will find information about each one in the brochure. Kathy and I are considering the Northern Italy Extension. Those of us who choose any of the four extensions will be united to fly home together.
Thank you for considering this unique opportunity. Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or questions. I can be reached at any of the following: (574)267-8263(Home),
(574) 267-4032(Church) or pastor@walnutcreekchurch.com .
I hope you will be with us for a memorable trip!
