The Real Discipleship Survey is an instrument designed to support the development of maturing disciples at both the personal and congregational levels. It measures the level of maturity in worship, hospitality, obedience, service and generosity.

Pastor Stacy has challenged our congregation to take the Survey to better understand where we are in the discipleship process for our selves and Walnut Creek. Please follow the directions to take the survey.

Then click on Blue box–Use Church Access Code and enter our code church access code: INDIANAJOY

In order to take the Real discipleship Survey online you will need to enter an email address and create a secure password. Choose your District (NORTH) and your church (Warsaw Walnut Creek) from the drop down lists, fill out the email and password fields and then click the blue “Sign Up” button. Use the click here link on the next screen to continue. After creating your account, you will need to use the password and email address provided to log in and take the survey.

Take Survey

Take the Real Discipleship Survey by clicking the blue “Take Survey” button and then selecting the one box of each color that fits you best. After completing the survey use the blue “Submit Survey” button. You results will be displayed for you at that time. You may also select to view additional information or have your results sent to your email account.
